Cancellation Policy

Service Provision 1 Assessment and Treatment: All clients will receive an assessment by a qualified and registered physiotherapist. Following the assessment, a treatment plan will be proposed, detailing the nature of the treatments, their potential risks, and the expected outcomes. Clients have the right to decline any proposed treatment without prejudice. 2 Privacy and Setting: Consultations and treatments are primarily delivered on a one-to-one basis, ensuring the privacy of the client. Services may be provided in various settings, including domiciliary, public gyms, hydrotherapy pools, and parks, as agreed upon. ​3 Appointment Scheduling: Appointments are scheduled based on the client's needs, subject to availability. The Practice operates a minimum two-week waiting list, which may be negotiable in urgent cases. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations within 24 hours of an appointment are charged at the full rate. Cancellations within 72 hours are charged at half rate.
